FYI-

Boulder Police has been investigating a report of threats made to Summit Middle School today and determined them not to be credible at this time.

Officers interviewed the juvenile who made the threats, confirmed there was no access to dangerous items and this investigation remains ongoing.

Out of an abundance of caution, there will be extra patrols at the school throughout the week

Critical fire conditions will develop early to mid morning, and continue through late afternoon. Wind gusts to 50-60 mph along with humidity levels down to 20 percent will occur.

The City of Boulder has temporarily closed the Boulder Falls area in Boulder Canyon due to a recent rockslide that has damaged the trail.

The city is assessing trail damage to determine future repairs and maintenance work that might be necessary in the popular waterfall.
