What You’ll Do

Create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and homeowners

Consistently clean and maintain rental properties using Maids and Beyond’s cleaning and disinfection protocols

Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect all surfaces

Move all mobile furniture to properly clean under and behind and inspect/clean under all immobile furniture

Remove and discard all waste, and trash

Restock all consumables such as aper products and body care

Provide laundry & linen service

Provide intuitive care for the home to ensure each guests experience is unique

The Skills You’ll Need And Position Requirements

Reliable transportation, AWD or 4x4 to ensure safety and reliability during snow and inclement weather

Excellent communication skills

Smartphone and personal email address

Weekend availability

Attention to detail

Janitor and Janitor supervisors needed



We are looking for Janitors and Janitor supervisors to join our dynamic team.

As a Janitor with Maids And Beyond, you are a big part of our success. We deliver high quality janitorial services and need great employees to do that. You take pride in your work, are reliable, and communicate professionally.



You'll be responsible for the cleanliness of several housing facilities in Denver. We have Full-time and Part-time positions available. If you're looking for more than just a job and the ability to advance further, we encourage you to apply with us TODAY!



Pay rate: $17- 19 per hour



Responsibilities:

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming

• Gather and empty trash and replace trash bags

• Clean and stock restrooms

• Clean and stock breakrooms, etc.

• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment

• Polish windows and other surfaces

• Use timekeeping system to document hours worked each shift

• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors, etc. after operating hours

• Maintain safety procedures by using cleaning equipment/supplies according to company policy

Qualifications:

• Experience in Housekeeping, Janitorial services, Custodial, commercial cleaning industry is a big plus.

• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted

• Team player with a positive outlook.

Experience with carpet cleaning as well as striping & waxing vatious flooring types is a plus!
