Safe or Out?

As expected, Rich Roll did a fantastic job asking Francois D'Haene the perfect questions to help us all better understand his preparation and mindset as one of the best ultra-trail running athletes in the world.

The second part of Francois D'Haene's visit to Boulder (and a lifetime highlight for everyone there) was to lace up some new Salomon shoes and go on a group trail run from the local Runners Roost location up into the Flatirons.

Before world famous ultra-trail runner and elite athlete Francois D'Haene defends his title at the Hardrock 100 in Silverton, Colorado later this month, he stopped by Runners Roost in Boulder to meet some local runners, represent Salomon, and have a conversation with the one and only Rich Roll.
