Vendor Spotlight 🗣 Petrichor Textile Arts

I've always loved textiles and thrifting, and like many, used the sudden excess of free time in 2020 to hone my crafty interests, specifically, shibori/tie-dyeing and natural dyeing. I love using shibori techniques on thrifted textiles to create unique and sustainable up-cycled garments out of pieces that might otherwise have ended up in a landfill (did you know that up to 80% of all garments in thrift stores end up being destroyed?!) I am also an indigo enthusiast and maintain a natural indigo dye vat that produces a range of dreamy blues. A native New Yorker, I now live in Denver with my husband and very energetic lab puppy, Callie.
