Tech Pals, Inc. has continued to make significant strides in bridging the digital divide with a strong emphasis on enhancing digital literacy across various demographics. Established in Boulder, Colorado, the organization has consistently expanded its offerings to include not just older adults but anyone eager to learn about modern technology. As a Grow with Google vetted partner since 2022, Tech Pals has access to resources that support digital skills training. Their approach includes a mix of over-the-phone instruction, one-on-one home help, workshops, presentations, and a variety of tech training videos available on YouTube. These resources are designed to cater to different learning preferences and needs, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their technological proficiency, can benefit from their programs.

The organization's work extends beyond just providing technology training; they have also been involved in distributing free Chromebooks, connecting hotspots, and offering personalized technology training as part of their contract with the Boulder County Area Association on Aging.
