We want them thinking about watching the sunset from the back deck with a glass of wine, having coffee and bagels around the kitchen island and arguing over who gets the home office with a direct view of the pool.

The first thing we'll do is make a list of everything you love about your home in the summertime. Then we'll go through it room by room and figure out how to showcase each space in the best possible light.

If you love the morning light from your living room, we'll make sure to open the shades and set fresh flowers nearby. If you have a pool, we'll arrange lounge chairs, plush white towels and maybe a pitcher of lemonade to create an inviting space for entertaining.

In the summer, we also have the advantage of curb appeal -- trees are full, flowers are in bloom, and it's a great time to show off the best parts of your home.

You want your agent to be dedicated, creative and supportive throughout the process.

2) Think about the lifestyle you want to create for a buyer. What do you love most about your home? Chances are, that's what will ultimately attract your ideal buyer, be it the big backyard for entertaining or the kitchen perfect for Saturday morning bagels and coffee. We'll help you stage your home to perfection to give the buyers serious home FOMO 🔥

3) Clean, de-clutter and prepack (you don't need sweaters and winter gear cluttering up your closet!).

4) Plan a short getaway so we can keep your home immaculate for showings. Visit friends for a fun mini-vacation or find a local hotel with a pool to squeeze in some extra summer fun while we make your home shine 🌟

5) Think about what kind of offer terms will be most appealing to you. In the event of multiple offers, the highest offer isn't always best, so consider factors like closing date, contingencies, and escalation clause. Be prepared to review offers objectively and consider more than just the bottom line - you want to have a smooth and successful home sale!
