A little rain doesn't bother us on market days, but 45 to 50 mph winds will definitely have us running for cover (so to speak, haha).

Because I make hot process soap, I don't get the beautiful, mesmerizing pours most people do, but I don't mind, since this is my jam.

When using natural colors, it can be harder to predict what the end result will be (especially with indigo, stay tuned for that cut!) And also because of my swirling method (I'll try to film this eventually!) I NEVER know what the inside is going to look like.

Now, speaking honestly, May Flowers has NEVER given me problems in hot process, but it almost always IMMEDIATELY seized for cold process due to the florals in it. I may miss out on the glorious pours, but I'd rather do hot process any day of the week!

Are you excited?

After making the best soaps around for 4 years and counting, we are just as excited to jump into our newest venture.

FRET NOT! For I will still be able to make the best natural soaps and skincare around, I'm just ALSO going to explore fiber!

This will be our third year having sheep, and we have 2 years worth of fleeces to process currently, so I'm excited to craft some hand spun wool goodies! When we originally got our herd of Shetland Sheep, this was the goal, and after 3 years, I'm finally doing it!

Stay tuned for our wool products launch later this fall, and in the meantime enjoy some sneak peeks along the way!

And we are off to event number two for the day!

Finally! For the first time ever I've been able to stock every single scent of my soap bars.

Don't ask about my Whipped Tallow Body Butters.... I'm working on it!!!!
