Caine finished up his stint of rehab after a second shoulder surgery and is close to returning to sport. He worked hard and was super fun to help, but we hope to not see him in this building anymore!

We all want to thank Kendra for doing an awesome job during her 8 week clinical rotation! Goodluck to her, as she has just one more rotation to complete before graduating from BGSU and becoming a PT!!!
Awesome performance of a med ball high toss here. Medicine ball movements are great for athletes, but also for adults. It’s a blend of both slower, strength movements and quicker, plyometric movements. It hits right in the middle of the spectrum.

Colten is working on some end stage Tommy John rehab with his return to throwing program starting up in a few weeks. A person’s dedication, desire, hard work, consistency and effort can shine after surgery.
