Introducing our new House Special: Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (Bun Bo Hue)!

Central Vietnam Hue Spicy Beef Noodle Soup with beef shank and pork hock, served with bean sprouts, basil, lettuce, lime, jalapenos, and side of homemade chili oil.

Banh Mi Pho U! Pork, shrimp, carrots, and bean thread noodles rolled in rice papaer and fried to a golden brown. Served with sweet chili sauce.
