Another article on the local real estate market and the virus... while this health event is very serious, I don't think it will (or should) dramatically hinder the home buying and selling process. Most people "window shop" online, and showings are typically conducted with just agent and buyer, so limited interaction with the general public. Even the contractual process is typically conducted online via electronic signatures. There has been some debate regarding open house events, personally I think they are safe if you simply use common sense precautions.
