My Masonic lodge held an annual chilli cook off this week.
I made my Piri Piri chilli and Won the judge's, Rael's, and my brothers votes.
I finally perfected "Paulo's Peri Piri", Peri Peri sauce, finding the right balance of ingredients.
My paste is concentrated for multiple uses. 🎉
