Mortgage Myth Debunked
You've probably heard your share of the mortgage stories that using a brick and mortar bank for your Home Loan can take a really long time for it to close vs. using only a Home Loan Brokerage local firm.
Well, I just wanted to debunk that Myth today with my friend, Theresa. She is a mortgage loan officer with US Bank and in this quick video tip, she shared that if a borrower provides all proper docs in a timely manner, and if you work with her, US Bank Home Mortgage can close within 22 days!
