Chocolate brownies with chickpeas!♥️✨ Your weekend plans now include making these healthy No-Bake Brownies! 😍 Here’s how you make these at home ☺️ Ingredients : Chickpeas (Soaked & Boiled) - 1/4th Cup Almonds - 3/4th Cup (toasted) Dates (Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes) - 1 Cup Coconut Oil - 1/2 Tbsp Cacao Powder - 5 Tbsps Vanilla - 1/4th Tsp (optional) Salt - a pinch Almonds for Garnish - 1/4th Cup Ganache(optional) Chocolate - 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk - 2 Tbsp Salt - a pinch Process : * Start by grinding the almonds with salt & cocoa pwd * Add boiled chickpeas, coconut oil & soaked, de-seeded dates to it - blend until the dough comes together * Transfer it to a tray lined with greased parchment paper & spread it out evenly into a square * Freeze the base for 10 minutes * To make the chocolate ganache - melt together the chocolate with coconut milk, add in a pinch of salt & mix until smooth & lump-free * Top the no-bake brownies with a generous layer of the chocolate coconut ganache & freeze until the ganache hardens * Garnish with some toasted almonds, Serve, Slice & Enjoy🍫♥️ #chickpeas #chickpea #brownie #nobake #nobakebrownie #brownies #vegan #healthy #dessert #healthydessert #chocolate #explore 07/30/2023
