Back to the grind… Day 1

Registration is now open for our last training opportunity this summer. We'll be hosting sessions for players going into 4th through 8th grade, both boys and girls, at Skyview Middle School on 8/21, 8/23 and 8/25 from 9:30-11:30. Sessions will be led by Coach Nick Lewis.
Come get some touches on the ball before tryouts next month!

💥I L O V E T H I S 💥
Basketball Tennis 🎾 - this is a fun way to work on single hand passing, catching, and coordination. To warm up to this game we did ball handling followed up by dribbling patterns to single hand wall passing ladders (ie; pound - 2x crossover - pass R/L hand 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 reps on to next dribble-pass pattern). This was Kylie’s first time playing this game but she started picking it up! What other drills do you use to develop these skills???

We are actively looking for more North Creek Feeder K-2 boys players looking to try out the sport of lacrosse 🥍 I will be helping coach the K-2 team. K-2 is the perfect age to get involved as everyone will be new to the sport and learning. Our son played for the first time last year and loved it!
