August 2021 Market Update: The market has gone from sizzling hot to just hot, some homes are missing their review dates and others lowering the sale price. The market is experiencing some correction, moving slowly to a less imbalanced market. That said, home prices are still rising and selling quickly, but slightly at a slower rate than prior months. Demand for buying still remains strong due to low interest rates staying at low levels and less than a one-month supply through the region. Overall, the rising prices will continue but at a slower rate.
