Great review from Kristen... "Perdue just finished a complete exterior makeover of our home in Bothell, and we are extremely pleased with the results. They replaced the original 50+ year old T1-11 siding and aging fascia boards, window trims, etc. with new Hardie board and batten style siding.

In addition, they were able to cover our concrete porch with TimberTech boards and covered our porch posts with Hardie material.

We got lucky as they were able to start quickly, 1 week out, and the entire process took about 5 weeks on our 1968 rambler. I was particularly happy with the professionalism of the crew, the high-quality workmanship, and the fact that they cleaned up every day. They do not contract the work out; the crew works for Perdue. Mike promptly answered all the questions we had along the way. We had 4 bids and found Perdue to be mid-range and after our consult with Mike we just knew they were the right fit for us."

They installed new siding, soffit covers, fascia boards, gutters, and added TimberTech decking over our concrete porch—which looks fantastic. They were on-site every working day until the project was finished, worked thoroughly, and cleaned up at the end of each day.

We had several questions throughout the process, and their responses were always prompt and helpful. I also appreciated that they use their own hired team for the siding, soffit, fascia and deck work. The gutter installation was subcontracted, but it was handled smoothly.

Overall, great communication, quality workmanship, and a team that takes pride in their work. Highly recommend Perdue Builders."
