We received an email from King County that Jansen (J&J) vaccines are no longer distributed due to a shortage in Washington State. However, ISM Health clinic has doses still available. If you debating whether to get a booster now or wait a bit and you really want a J&J, it would be a good time to move to action now.

In King County:
77.1% of residents 16+ had at least 1 dose of vaccine.
67% have completed the vaccine series.

This is one of the Biofeedback systems that I use, emWave through HeartMath.

I did my own biofeedback training for about 10 minutes today. Next time I need to increase the challenge level because I was too close to 100% at the current challenge level.
After the training I feel calm in my body yet aware and alert in my mind.
