Stitch markers are so much fun to make!

I’ll always be a crocheter first!

On this rainy Sunday, starting a Halloween themed cowl by Tellybean Knits, using a magnet of my own design. I wanted a stitch reminder that sticks to my project keeper. Couldn’t find any such thing, so I made one myself!

My wife finished this badass cross stitch of our former cat, Meeper. It took Andrea about three years to complete this piece. That’s commitment! We miss our sweet kitty, who we sadly lost before this piece could be completed, but now we have this awesome way to remember her!

Playing around with color and texture.

I’m always looking to learn something new, especially if it’s fiber related. Took a tufting class at The Works in Fremont today and had a lot of fun! Went for a 70’s granny square theme. Not bad for my first attempt!

Just finished a shawl! Can’t wait to wear it on cool summer nights.

One week post-market…taking time to relax with a WIP, coffee, and Charm City Ewenicorns. Already coming up with new ideas for future events, but first I have to survive the end of the school year (in my non-crafting life I am a school based Speech-Language Pathologist).
