.My Morning Routine helps me start my day off with three mindful actions

👟 Movement 👟throwing on my favorite Nike’s and heading to the gym. Clears my mind. Starting my day with intended movement I have found leads to a more productive day

📓 Journal 📓 taking 5-10 minutes to sit with my morning coffee and jot down my daily intentions and goals is building off my movement hour by setting mindful intentions for my day

👸🏼Self Care 👸🏼 It’s important to focus and drive YOUR own self care just as you do for your family. Taking that morning shower or enjoying your morning skin care routine is vital for YOUR mindset and wellness.
