Gabriella got her start in 2020 as a budtender at Remedy in Maryland, and over time worked her way up to Company Sales Manager.

She found a creative outlet in planning open-consumption events like "Nugs and Networking,” bringing the industry together in new and memorable ways.

Gabriella utilizes that same community-first mindset as an Implementation Strategist at Dutchie, where she's channeled years of plant-touching experience into helping operators grow 🌱

If you're still figuring out your path in the industry, Gabriella has a simple philosophy: "Lean into what you find interesting and be willing to learn."
