Flock Construction converted 24 Elliot St. in Newton, MA from a salon and restaurant into a retail cannabis dispensary in just 8 months.

Work included full site restoration—drainage, utilities, sidewalks, parking—and a full interior build-out: MEFPs, walls, ceilings, polished floors, paint, doors, and security. Flock also managed MEP engineering.
