YOU:
Live, breathe, love construction. You're great with a hammer, but even better with people. You're comfortable overseeing a job site and a job schedule. You'll learn to manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc. You'll be working underneath of our Senior Project Manager - he's the Batman of GCs/Construction. He's a soft-spoken assassin. You'll learn a lot.

US:
We build luxury condos in downtown Boston. We graduated HGTV style flips a few years ago and now build. 5-25 unit buildings. We're fast-growing real estate development company. We started with renovating small houses in Lynn and now build new construction with 4-6 active projects at any given time. You'll be the sight supervisor for 1-2 of them with the Senior PM supporting you.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Hungry to learn
- 5+ years of construction. experience. You won't swing a hammer often, but you *MUST* have a background in trades/construction.
- Your verbal and written communication is excellent
- Good people skills. No, GREAT people skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision/oversight
- Great sense of humor. The job needs it.

BONUS:
- Experience working in Boston / Cambridge / Somerville
- Bachelors or Associates degree

Were held up with some red tape for a few months at . At $8K/month in holding costs that was painful. But we passed rough inspections and are now sound proofing the house. Roxul insulation dampens sound so we won’t hear music upstairs. Resilient channels isolate the ceiling from the floor above so we won’t hear footsteps upstairs. @ Somerville, Massachusetts
