Do something hard that makes you feel alive! The connection bodybuilding gives you with your mind and body is like nothing else. The discipline required to stick to a routine, push through plateaus, and recover from setbacks has helped with so many things outside the gym. Not to mention the sacrifice from
"normal" life whatever the f**k that is, but I wouldn't trade it for anything because of the rough times, it has been the only thing to pull me back out of the weak ass mindset. Don't be a sheep.

l'm reminded of my own experience — and it hits me just how f***ing amazing this process is.
Yeah, it's super time-consuming and demands 100% focus, but watching your body transform, seeing the details come through, and your face turning into a skull
— it's pure pleasure for a ma*****st.
Only by truly enjoying this grind can you reach insane conditioning and become a champion!

In bodybuilding, it's often said that the ultimate sign of peak condition is a shredded glute.
Why?
Because that's the area where fat and water are the last to go.
If your glutes look like they had a fight with a tiger - congrats, you've reached the deep waters. You know what it's like to sleep three hours a night because your body is freaking out. To your system, that level of body fat is borderline life or death. It's literally sending signals to your brain: "Hey man, forget sleep — you're about to die!"
Is it easy to get into that kind of condition?
I don't think so.
If it were, everyone on stage would be peeled.
Again, this is deep water. It's not just about training anymore — it's a battle against your own physiology.
The lower your body fat gets, the more your body and brain resist everything you're doing. Your system shifts into power-saving mode, and your brain performance drops to a minimum.
So don't even try to study or memorize anything during this phase. I tried learning new words during peak week
— spent an hour on the treadmill and couldn't remember even two of them
Peak conditions.

In bodybuilding, it is believed that the indicator of peak fitness is a chubby ass. Why is this so?
Yes, because this is the area where the fat and water go to the very last row. And if your ass look like it has trawled with a tiger then you know what "deep waters" are. Do you know what it is like to sleep three hours a day, because the body is in s**t: for it such a percentage of subcutaneous fat is already on the verge of life and death. He literally gives the command a brain: "Hey, uncle, stop sleeping. You're about to move horses!" »
Is it easy to achieve such conditions?
I think not. Otherwise, everyone on the stage would have been standing torn.
I will repeat this again, these are deep waters. It's already a struggle with physiology. The lower the fat percentage, the more your body and brain resist all processes. The body switches into energy-saving mode, the brain reduces its productivity to a minimum.
Therefore, it is not even worth trying to study or memorize something during this period.
I tried to learn words in the last week of training - and couldn't even learn a couple of things in an hour of cardio
