Once we identify a players weakness we work to turn that weakness into a strength so every S.T.R.I.D.E.S. player reaches their full potential in the game of hockey.

The weekend is upon us and STRIDES Sunday Skills are a couple days away !! Sunday 3pm for mites, squirts and pee-wees and 4pm for Middle School and HS. First 3 weeks were great, join us to keep it going. See you at the rink !!

Week #2 in the books and what a great 2 sessions we had. Group 1 worked hard on their first three steps as well edges and crossovers for acceleration. In the 2nd session our Middle/HS skaters pushed themselves to their limits with over speed drills and quick releases of a stride. Next week is sure to be even better. Plenty of room so join us to improve your game !!
We are looking forward to seeing everyone back, and some new skaters as well, for week 2 of Strides Sunday Skills. This week we hope to focus on skating, edge work and explosiveness with and without the puck. See you at the rink !!

4pm - Jr High and HS/Prep
Skills will run for 6 weeks
$120 for the full 6 weeks or $25 walk-on
STRIDES Summer Sunday Skills will start next weekend, July 19th. Stay tuned for details.

Best of luck to Strides Player Kenzie Kent in the NCAA Four tonight as BC takes on Harvard. Kenzie's 38 points ranked 1st in Hockey East freshman scoring and 3rd amongst all rookies in the country.
