🎉3 WEEK EXTENSION @ 50 CONGRESS 🙌

In July we told you we had 60 days to live (9/25). You sent love, a few tears, and a little shade. We read all of it. 🙏

Then I met the so-called “Boloco Killer.”

His real name is Patrick. He is buying 50 Congress and is turning it into badly needed residential. He showed me this meme himself which had been passed around the City of Boston. We got dinner. We became fast friends.

Turns out the Boloco Killer loves Boloco. Other than the Boloco team itself and a few raving fans, nobody has worked harder to keep us going. He just gave us three more weeks at 50 Congress. We’re open through at least Friday, October 16.

He has also encouraged us to continue quietly working on a new home. Nothing’s final. If it comes together, it opens soon after.

20 years ago this month The Wrap became Boloco. The last sign from Newbury Street still looking pretty tasty.

Digital gift cards (in your phone) are convenient, but there was something special about the early gift card days when people would proudly whip out their choice of New England-based artwork while receiving some of the greatest perks in burrito business history 🌆

The VIP Cards weren’t bad either… no data, just a quick flash, trust, loyalty and smiles.

GoodVibes*, SuperVibes and UberVibes**… you know who you are… Can you name some of these??
