Pondview Ln Residence just north of Ground up construction. The site slopes down towards a large pond. Windows, decks, lower level walk-out, living room, kitchen and 2nd floor master suite all face the pond and southern exposure maximizing the views and natural light.

This will make such a big difference. Next, please please please someone do the same to Center Plaza at the top of Government Center. It is a massive barrier separating Beacon Hill from downtown and it is equally as ugly as the garage.
