🚨New Monthly Challenge - Bear Plank

This month, we’re challenging you with a bear plank (Swipe Left for A Tutorial). The bear plank is a great exercise to work the core muscles (abdominals, erector spinae, obliques). There are 3 levels this month, beginner, intermediate, and advanced, each with a varying time frame. If you’re new to bear planks, start with the beginner time frame and slowly work your way up each week.

Each day that you complete the challenge, you’ll only need to record a snippet of the exercise. Post your time in the caption or on your story with the snippet.

Remember it’s not about where you start, but where you finish that matters!
