This was a historic year in real estate, and I'm sure you've all heard varying opinions on the state of the housing market going into 2023. 

At least in Boston, we have weathered the storm fairly well in terms of home values. We continue to struggle with inventory, having one of the tightest markets in the country. 

Even with the struggles of volatile mortgage rates, real fears of a potential recession, and low inventory, Boston saw many new sales records this year.

A project more than 10 years in the making, its great to see Bulfinch Crossing is finally becoming a reality! If you drive by the old Government Center Garage you'll see the start of the largest recent construction projects in the city.
