With a heavy heart we report we have lost one of the greats - a PR practitioner of rare talent, a business leader and a wonderful person. Ann Carter was a partner at Rasky for decades, often working behind the scenes to keep clients - not to mention Larry and Joe - out of trouble. She was a longtime advisor to Cardinal Sean O’Malley on a wide range of issues including social justice, immigration and equity. She advised many other prominent figures while also supporting many causes and nonprofits large and small. We will miss her warm smile, her easy laugh and her many kindnesses.

October has been filled with so many exciting moments. From joining Upling at Amazon’s Arlington HQ during DC Startup & Tech Week to celebrating the innovative work happening in schools across the Commonwealth as part of Massachusetts STEM Week 2025, it’s been inspiring to see so many organizations driving progress and collaboration this fall.

Exciting to see a groundbreaking public-private partnership in action! Over the past few weeks, Exeter Mail has garnered coverage across local, regional, national, and trade outlets. This collaboration between Veolia, Nautilus Solar Energy, LLC, and PHARI (Association of Public Housing Authorities across Rhode Island) is the first of its kind in the U.S., bringing multiple public housing authorities together under a single renewable energy contract. The Exeter Mail installation is the largest of three planned across these communities.
