Last week, the pack from Maark partnered with our friends at the Cambridge-based nonprofit On The Rise, an organization that helps women and trans/nonbinary people recover from homelessness. We were excited to pitch in as a pack and did so by assembling and providing delicious brownbagged lunches—each one including a sandwich, fruit and vegetables, snacks, and a drink, along with an ingredient list for people with allergies. These were then distributed to the On the Rise community.

Thank you, On the Rise, for all the work you do, and thanks for giving us an opportunity to lend a hand.

Every Tuesday at Maark HQ in Boston (at the end of the day, of course) our weekly meeting of the Ginthusiasts convenes. Our resident master mixologist (and VP of Engineering) Todd Yard selects special gins from his private collection to broaden our palates and ease our minds. Yesterday was a special meeting, as we welcomed visiting colleagues from Romania, England, Texas, and Georgia to the Wolf Den. Gin (and Maark) unites us all. Also, Todd Yard, we need to invent the "Gin and Maark".

What’s happening at Maark HQ? We continue the hybrid schedule we started back in 2014 (way before the pandemic!), where we meet in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays, share some meals, some meetings, entertain some clients, and enjoy all the delights of our Boston location as we continue to settle into our expanded—and growing—footprint (pawprint?).

Last week our Health coach Marissa from Well & Simple Health Coaching stopped by the Maark office in Boston to give our valuable team tips to stay healthy during busy times—so we wrapped the session with a salad bar and chocolate-covered strawberries. One of the many ways we keep the pack strong (and fed).
