DREAM Collaborative LLC
DREAM Collaborative is a minority-owned, full-service architecture and real estate development firm We can help you decide which options are right for you.
WHAT WE DO:
Our clients include homeowners, developers, universities, CDCs (community development corporations), private companies, public entities, and non-profits. The projects we work on represent a client’s dream of creating a better place to live, work, or invest. Bringing those dreams to life in the form of healthy, well-functioning buildings and vastly improved neighborhoods is what we do.
“An n Ale! Let’s go!” The rhythm of live drumming filled the air as we celebrated a milestone: the ribbon cutting for the brand-new Jean Appolon Expressions (JAE) Dance Center in Nubian Square. DREAM Principals and Co-Founders Greg Minott and Troy Depeiza were honored to stand alongside the community at the base of our 2147 Washington Street project to welcome JAE to its new home.
Designed by DREAM, this 2,800-square-foot studio is a center for Haitian Folkloric dance, healing, and professional excellence. JAE is dedicated to building strong, diverse communities, and we are so proud to provide the architectural canvas for their movement.
In the Words of City Councilor Ruthzee Louijeune: “This is a long-awaited home for creativity, culture, and community.” Bringing high-quality arts programming to the heart of Nubian Square is what sustainable, community-focused development is all about.
Congratulations to Jean Appolon and the entire JAE team!

With the Roxbury community at the heart of our design for P3, DREAM alongside HYM and My City at Peace designed a project that will create a new inclusive mixed-use development to include affordable and market rate housing, a life science campus, museum space for King Boston, retail and a variety of public open green space.
Our approach is through three lenses—envisioning that the future of P3 will: Honor the Heritage, Restitch and Regenerate, and Catalyze Local Wealth. Through programming, accessibility, mobility, a diverse public realm, and inclusive streetscapes, our plan aims to incorporate the Roxbury neighborhood into a place for longevity, comfort and growth as well as to connect the site to its history in the development of greater Boston.
