We’re excited to announce the promotion of Teresa Vielma to Corporate HR Business Partner!

Throughout her time at UG2, Teresa has become a trusted resource for employees and leaders across the organization. She brings sound judgment, responsiveness, and a thoughtful, practical approach to her work, especially when navigating complex matters. Her ability to listen, collaborate, and find solutions has made a real difference to the teams she supports.

In her new role, Teresa will serve as the dedicated HR partner for UG2’s Corporate functions, working closely with leaders on employee relations, hiring and workforce planning, performance and talent development, and other important people-related needs.

We're excited to announce that Mike McClain has been promoted to Cost Estimating & Solutions Manager!

Since joining the cost estimating team in 2022, Mike has been instrumental in the success of our business development pursuits. He's also helped train new team members while leading cost estimating for complex, multi-location projects — ensuring accuracy across varying labor markets and regulations.
