A bit of Sly & The Family Stone & Curtis Mayfield infused with enlightning Hip Hop.. Reunited in 2001 . Tonight will perform at the Grammys as part of Hip Hop 50th Anniversary. Sad news of the passing of an artist that means a lot to me. "Gift of Gab" of "Blackalicious". Even if Hip Hop is not your thing, this very likely could be the exception. No one in the mainstream or otherwise does anything similar or even close. Funky with highly intelligent deep lyrics.
