We'd like to take a moment to shine a light on one of our residents!

Jamesa Motley loves being part of the Trinity Management community at 3160 Park Avenue because it keeps her connected to the people and neighborhood she cares deeply about. She is known throughout the building for her kindness, positive attitude, and genuine care for others. Jamesa consistently checks in on staff and neighbors to make sure everyone is doing well and always brings warmth and compassion to those around her. She is also actively involved in her church and participates in charitable events and community outreach efforts helping others throughout the area. Having access to transportation, local resources, and community spaces has allowed her to remain engaged, independent, and connected to the people and activities that are most meaningful to her. Her caring spirit and friendly presence help make the community feel more connected, welcoming, and supportive for everyone.

As we enjoy the comforts of home this Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect them. Wishing our residents a safe and meaningful day.

We are thrilled to shine a spotlight on our Regional Director, Leaveine Damas, who joined Trinity Management earlier this year!

In her role, Leaveine oversee multiple affordable housing communities from Boston to Taunton, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality resident services. From leading dedicated teams to implementing strategies that maintain occupancy and financial performance, her leadership is vital to our long-term asset value.

Leaveine's favorite part of the job is making a meaningful impact by helping communities thrive and ensuring residents have access to safe and stable housing.

When the workday is done, you can find her making lasting memories with their fiancé and children, or traveling and exploring new places and experiences.
