A client staying in their home for 23 years, and another side client employing you to buy and/or sell 8 times are both great signs that the service you provide them is an excellent. The thing is, which do you think I have done a better job for? I can't decide. Your thoughts?

What's more real - the Tooth Fairy, the Loch Ness Monster, or Affordable Boston?

Well, the word ""affordable"" means a VERY different thing depending on who you ask. So don't ask AI, or trust the word of a friend or acquaintance who's income could be anything. Ask an agent (preferably a Top 1.5% agent in the nation like myself) what affordable really means for YOU and what might be possible out there. The answer could have a huge impact on your home search.

Investing in real estate is all about the numbers. Many people just buy places to buy and hope to make money. Not here!

Excited for my client who is starting their real estate investment journey. Here they have price, condition, location AND parking for their tenants. The current rent is under market so shortly after they close they will be able to get hundreds of dollars more a month!

We saw lots of places. Contemplated several of them but in the end ruled them out or couldn’t get them at a price that made sense. Well, patience paid off and really will pay off in the years to come.

Have you ever used an escalation clause? They're a powerful tool not all Home Buyers know about, and often times make the difference between landing a dream home and watching someone else outbid you. It's also a great way to make an agressive offer while not being too aggressive. It's important though to have an experienced agent that knows how to write them so it makes your offer different from other offers!

Not everyone, or everything is in their ""prime"" anymore. But that's not a disadvantage - that's an opportunity!

Notice the roof is old? The floors need refinishing? As long as the home is WHERE you want to be, and the house has good bones that can be fixed up to your liking, you could save some money and still achieve your real estate objective.
