Copley Square

This is Heather, Copley's Momo. Today is Copley's 12th Birthday!!! Today I should be celebrating in style with my tiny Moosh, but instead I have the heartbreaking job of letting you all know that Copley passed away unexpectedly 6 days ago. I am completely shattered and in shock - this came out of nowhere. Copley's heart gave out on him last Wednesday morning as he was doing what he loved best - wrestling with his brother. He had developed a tumor on his heart in the last few weeks and it just gave out. The amount of sadness I feel cannot be described.

Normally today I would be treating my Tiny to a pup cake and dozens of toys and we would have planned a huge outing that involved a hike, or a beach day, and tons of bacon. Instead, I am donating in his memory to the rescue I adopted him from 11 years ago - Orphaned Pets, Inc. They brought me the most immense joy of my life when they adopted Copley to me. I'm hoping my donation will help them rescue more dogs and bring that much joy to someone else. I wanted to thank you all for following along on his adventures over the years. I know he loved sharing them with all of you! To celebrate his wonderful life, here are a few pictures from his trip to Mexico over the July 4th holiday that he never got around to posting. You can see how much fun he had roaming the beach and splashing in the water. His moment of pure joy came when he found a barnacle in the surf and spent 20 minutes just sniffing it to figure out what it was.

Rest in Peace my tiny Moosh. Momo loves you more than anything.

HAPPY BIRFINGDAY AMERICAS!!! This past weekend I celebrated where it all started - Boston! Did you know they named the city after me!? I celebrated with my fellow patriot, Sam Adams, chased some duckies through the Garden and then went to my very own neighborhood (everyone should have a neighborhood named after them). I fink I did pretty good. I hope you all have as much funs today as I did!

I spent some time summering on the Cape. I am very suited to the Cape Cod lifestyle. I had my very preppy outfit, went shopping at boutique biscuit stores, hung out with JFK, and enjoyed being pampered at my hotel. I told Momo and dad from now on this is what we're doing every summer.

I am having the very bestest of summers. I was visiting family last week in NJ. It was so great to see my peoples, but mostly I was excited to chase the chickens and horsies.

Momo also got me a fancy new Vineyard Vines outfit, so I'm all ready for my summer on the Cape! I'm so fancy I even match my new toy.

When Momo goes out but comes home with a new toy for me...

I got to go play in the beach today with my brothers. I made lots of friends and also ate cheese, so I say today was a success!

Senors y senoras... Happy Mariachi Moosh Day! My favorite day of the year! I shall be celebrating by relaxing in the sun, taking a little nap, and maybe momo will give me some guacamole later.

The bunny came! Look at these fancy treats he broughted me. They were so yummy! Happy Easter peoples.

I KNEW IT! I knewed Momo wouldn't go away and not bring me toys! She tricked me!

Momo went to Italy and all she got me was a p**p bag holder made out of fancy Florence leather. She says I will be very Posh walking around with this and it even has my initials. But couldn't she bringed me a toy?!
