Crackerjack Communications
We make your concepts click, your words work, and your copy a little more pop-y. Our passion?
At Crackerjack Communications, we make your concepts click, your words work, and your copy a little more pop-y. We amp up your brand, add a little glam (or sophistication, whimsy, or clarity—depending on your needs) by designing award-winning communications. Transforming complex (and let’s face it, sometimes dry) topics into communications that are concise, well organized, and off-the-chart good.

Turns out, we bring the same competitive energy to lawn games as we do brainstorming. 🤭
Last week, the CJ team spent the evening at Tall Ship enjoying waterfront views, tournament-style co****le, chicken tacos, cold drinks, and a perfect summer night. 😎
There may have been one unauthorized ship exploration along the way—but no outing is complete without at least one good story.
Safe to say this one will be hard to top! 😊⚓️
Three new faces. One very unnecessary celebration. 🎉
(We regret nothing.)
Please help us welcome Brian Grimm, Jordan Lis, and Hannah Effron to Team Crackerjack! They're already bringing fresh ideas, sharp thinking, and plenty of personality to the mix.
Now excuse us while we celebrate like we just won the agency lottery. 🎊

Some billboards don’t stand still. 🚚
We loved bringing The Greater Boston Food Bank’s new truck wraps to life, designing graphics that help their work stand out on every route. Strong, simple messaging lets the type be the hero, while modern food imagery, bold colors, and an eye-catching layout combine to create graphics that are hard to miss.
Because when you’re delivering 100 million pounds of food each year, every mile is another opportunity to inspire action. 🍎 🥦
What do our friends and family think we do all day? 🤔
Apparently... we're just "making things pretty."
Our team has a few thoughts about that. 😂
Who doesn't love puppies and kittens?
We certainly do. But we especially love partnering with companies that make life better for the people who care for them.
Meet one of our newest clients: Clarus Technology.
Clarus is helping clear the way for care by bringing insurance coverage, financing, and claims together in one seamless experience—so veterinary teams and pet parents can focus less on logistics and more on what's best for the pet.
Over the past few months, we've been helping bring that story to life.
We helped bring the Clarus brand to life through social content, a new trade show experience, videos, conference collateral, and on-site support at AVMA.
Welcome aboard, Clarus! We can't wait to see what's next.

Complexity is where we do some of our best work.
Whether promoting the power of multiple employer plans (MEPs) or showcasing TIAA's longstanding expertise serving healthcare organizations, these print ads all began with the same challenge: distill a complex story into one clear, compelling insight.
For one of the nation's most respected retirement and investment firms, we uncovered the insight at the heart of the story—and let that do the heavy lifting.
Because great advertising isn't about saying more. It's about uncovering the one idea worth remembering.

Every great performance deserves an unforgettable introduction. 🎶
For the fourth year in a row, our longtime client MIT Professional Education trusted Crackerjack to bring the MIT Summer Philharmonic Orchestra concert to life. Inspired by this year's themes of hope and optimism, we created the event poster, social content, promotional emails, and web copy to help spread the word.
Now it's your turn. If you're in the Boston area on Friday, July 24, come experience this wonderful (and completely free!) concert featuring works by Prokofiev and Dvořák, performed by talented musicians from across MIT and Greater Boston.

150,000 learners. 123 countries. One enduring mission. 💪📚
For more than a century, Harvard Division of Continuing Education (DCE) has helped open doors to learning—serving everyone from ambitious high school students to working professionals to lifelong learners in their 90s (!).
When DCE set out to tell the story of its impact, they turned to Crackerjack to create their first-ever impact report.
Our team partnered on the writing, design, and production of this beautiful publication, bringing to life the students, faculty, programs, and innovations that continue to shape DCE—and the people it serves.
It's one of the many projects we're proud to support through our long-standing relationship with Harvard. ✨

Last week in Orlando, we LEGO-fied ourselves, “hung out with” James Marsden and Christina Aguilera, reunited with the Aflac Duck, ate at Top Chef-worthy restaurants, handed out approximately one zillion bouncy balls, walked at least another zillion steps, and spent time with thousands of HR professionals.
But mostly, we talked about one of the biggest challenges in retirement planning: turning savings into income.
It’s kind of wild when you think about it. We spend decades helping people save for retirement—with things like auto-enroll, auto-escalate, and auto-invest—and then retirement arrives and we say, “Good luck making it last.”
That’s what makes Income America so interesting. Their entire focus is helping people turn retirement savings into guaranteed income for life—so retirees can spend a little less time worrying about outliving their money and a little more time enjoying retirement.
Thank you, SHRM. And thank you, Income America, for having us along for the ride.
And on a personal note, the best part of the week was spending time with Income America President Matthew Wolniewicz. He’s a total warrior, a great friend, and it was fantastic to see him back in action!
