Sneak peek! I’ve been working on a brand new coffee rub. It’s not quite where I want it to be, but I’m getting close. 😁 I tried the latest version on this rack of St.Louis ribs, and it was pretty tasty. Yes, I stole a bite from the edge, I couldn’t help myself!

This soup is an easy and delicious meal for a cold night. A hearty chicken soup flavored with our Hip to the Chili spice blend, I like to serve it with tortilla chips, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and a dollop or Greek yogurt.
