Self-compassion is not the end, it’s the beginning.
It’s not about throwing your hands up in the air, but rather, it’s the recognition of your true humanity and desire to help yourself struggle less so you can get through this challenge with greater resilience and bring your best self forward.

It's almost time for this week's Well-Being Wednesday webinar. Today, Nataly is going to roll out the Emotional Whiteboard!
This is a powerful concept that once you become aware of it, it's like the Red Pill in the Matrix: You can't go back. And Nataly will share how that's a great thing (and how it can help you and people you work with struggle less and have more emotional energy.)
It all starts at Noon EST on Nataly's page: https://www.facebook.com/natalykoganhappier/

This 1-minute practice helps you become aware of your emotional energy so you can figure out how to best support yourself.
It’s so simple but profound because so often we are in emotional autopilot until we become overwhelmed or crash.
If you get into the habit of checking in with yourself throughout the day, you can support yourself better and struggle less.
Do this first thing in the morning and end of day, before you go to bed.
Knowing how you feel is a huge part of self-care because it helps you figure out how you can feel better!

The tiny things are the big things when you honor them with your full attention and gratitude 💛
These sunflowers are in our kitchen and I realized this morning I haven’t paused to truly appreciate how joyful and awesome they are. I took them for granted.
But once I did, once I gave them a moment of my attention and gratitude, they made me smile.
How many tiny things and moments do we go through on autopilot during the day? How many smiles and moments of joy could we find if we slowed down and gave them our attention and gratitude?✨💛 - Nataly

This week's Wednesday Well-Being Webinar is a biggie!
The topic is self-compassion and more specifically, how practicing self-acceptance and self-compassion towards yourself -- including towards your past self who might have made mistakes and failed -- is essential to boosting your motivation to improve and helping you be at your best, at work and outside of work.
We're also going to have a very special guest join us all the way from Japan! He's an accomplished music producer, who has just released a song that's quite aligned with the topic of this week's webinar. Nataly is going to ask him some kindly tough questions about his challenge with self-compassion and we're sure it well resonate with a lot of you.
