From the Tetons to both coasts and cities in between, we're continually inspired by the environments we're tasked to design within. The challenge of honoring the grandeur of the mountains while creating spaces that feel intimate, livable, and deeply personal is one we're grateful to return to with fresh eyes every time.

, a newly completed preservation project in the Back Bay, recently received Platinum recognition from the for its brand identity system, conceived by Hacin and inspired by the building's storied history of over a hundred years. Jordan Lofts (located across the street from our studio) is an adaptive reuse project that originally housed horse stables and is now home to twelve residences and several office and retail spaces (like our friends !). Retaining the original shell with its ornate brickwork, the interior structure was carved out and rebuilt with steel and concrete to optimize structural needs for its mixed-use program. Inside, beams were salvaged and reused in the lobby and Hacin's interior team had the opportunity to work on one of the building's private residences, beautifully lit by the its signature arched windows.
