Supporting the communities where we live and work matters to our team, and recently our Boston team volunteered with Pine Street Inn, one of New England's largest providers of services for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Through shelter, housing, and support services, Pine Street Inn helps more than 2,400 individuals each year. Our team helped host a Bingo night for shelter guests by running games, connecting with guests, and handing out prizes and refreshments along the way. It was a fun and meaningful way to spend time together while supporting such an important mission.

Last week, the UpperEdge team headed to Boston Children's Hospital's Corporate Cup for a day of field games, teamwork, and celebration. The highlight was meeting our patient partner, Cael, in person!

After eight years of dedicated service, we had the opportunity to celebrate Ted as he retires from UpperEdge.

Ted has been a steady, trusted presence throughout his time here, both for our clients and for our team. His ability to build strong relationships and earn trust consistently led to better outcomes across some of the most complex initiatives we take on.

Beyond his client work, Ted showed up as a true colleague. Collaborative, supportive, and genuinely invested in the success of those around him, he has contributed to the culture of partnership that makes UpperEdge what it is. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has contributed over the years and wish him happiness and success in this next chapter. Congratulations on your retirement, Ted!
