UpperEdge is proud to champion the 8,000 Steps for 8p Heroes Walk for the second year in a row!

On Wednesday, June 24, we will walk to raise awareness and support for individuals and families affected by Chromosome 8p, a rare genetic condition impacting approximately 550 children worldwide.

We are walking in honor of our own little hero, Olivia. Her strength, resilience, and spirit inspire us every single day. By stepping up for Olivia and for families across the globe navigating 8p, we are standing beside them and reminding them they are not alone.

This event means so much to our team, and it is a reminder that awareness is needed for Chromosome 8p research.

Giving back to the community is always meaningful, especially when it creates a direct impact for local families and youth. Recently, our team volunteered with Boston Cares on their Bed Build Project, building four bed frames from scratch that will be donated through the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless.

Every child deserves a safe and comfortable place to call home, and we are proud to support an initiative helping make that possible. To learn more about Boston Cares and support their mission, visit their website >> https://hubs.ly/Q04hy3jW0

This blog breaks down six structural AI risk areas every and leader should be evaluating before the next major AI investment decision. Read the full blog now >>

We are honored to share that UpperEdge and our 8,000 Steps for 8P Walk were featured in WCVB Channel 5’s 5 for Good segment this week!

What started as an effort to support our colleague, Ashley Demonte, and her daughter Olivia has grown into a powerful movement to raise awareness and funding for The Project 8p Foundation and research surrounding this rare genetic disorder.

A special thank you to WCVB for helping shine a light on Olivia’s story and the importance of advancing research and support for families affected by chromosome 8P deletion. We look forward to making this year’s walk even bigger and continuing to support this incredible cause.

Q1 2026 MSP Earnings Signal a Shift in Value: Why Enterprises Risk Overpaying in the AI Era - UpperEdge 04/27/2026

Q1 earnings from the leading MSPs signal a clear shift: AI is transforming delivery, but value is being captured unevenly.

Providers are scaling AI, expanding deal scope, and introducing new commercial models, while enterprises are often absorbing the complexity and cost risk.

Without clear visibility into productivity gains and pricing drivers, cost control becomes significantly harder over the life of the agreement.

Q1 2026 MSP Earnings Signal a Shift in Value: Why Enterprises Risk Overpaying in the AI Era - UpperEdge AI is reshaping managed services delivery, but many enterprise contracts still reflect outdated pricing models. Learn how to avoid overpaying and capture the value of AI-driven productivity in your next renewal.

You selected the right vendors. Now govern them like you mean it. 04/27/2026

Enterprise leaders often assume strong vendors will self-correct. They won’t.

Waiting for a partner to fix your program isn’t risk management, it’s cost accumulation.

The earliest warning signs are subtle:
-“Path to green” replaces real performance
-Steering committees become passive audiences
-Issues surface outside the governance model

By the time these signals are obvious, your options are already constrained. The organizations that stay in control don’t wait. They intervene early, challenge the narrative, and reset accountability at the executive level.

If you own outcomes, not just delivery, this is a perspective worth your time. Read the full article now >>

You selected the right vendors. Now govern them like you mean it. Strong vendor selection is only half the equation. Without integrated governance, even the best partner ecosystem will drift.
