It seems a tad premature to talk about a next book when “Memoirs” is just a year old. But my Stanford Japanese studies classmate, Barbara Tien convinced me otherwise. Barbara is the ring leader of “Projectkin”, a growing online family storytelling community. I’ll be joining on Thursday March 21 at 10:00 PST, 1 pm EST and 5:00 GMT to talk about my next work in progress.

Great fun to do a joint show with artist Sandra Mayo at the Monroe Center for the Arts in Lexington, MA. Check out "Undaunted Mothers: Stories of Tragedy, Resiliency and Hope" from Sept 15-Nov 15, 2017. And come to the artists reception Oct 19th from 6-8 p.m.!
