We have created The Mindful Movement to bring joy to others in this world. 🖼️

The day of the Solar Eclipse, (April 8, 2024) I was wandering around the town of Lancaster NH and I looked down and saw a piece of artwork just leaning against an empty potted plant. I bent down for a closer look and saw it was left there by an art group that leaves free art for people to enjoy. I was THRILLED!!!! It gave me the spark I needed to propel me into creating something similar, yet with my own brand and creative ideas.

The Mindful Movement will leave several types of art around for free, for you to enjoy. We will post what they look like and where to find them. If you find them, we hope it shakes you out of your everyday routine and allows you stop and appreciate this moment of time. We hope it brings a smile to your face.
