988 saves lives. The New York Times reported on Friday that the su***de rate among young people has declined since the launch of the three-digit number.
For the past three years, Argus has had the privilege of partnering with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline team to raise awareness of 988 and make it easier for people to reach out when they need it. Our work continues today, with important contributions from our friends at Market Street Research.
Seeing this data is a powerful reminder of why this work matters.

Heads up, we have a new Head of Accounts!
Introducing a person who needs no introduction, Dana Anderson, Head of Accounts. A partner to clients, a mentor to young people, and an adventurer to the core, we are thrilled to tap Dana to lead the account team she has helped build. In this role, she’ll use her expertise, curiosity, and humanity to serve our ever-growing, ever more diverse list of clients. Congratulations, Dana, we are lucky to have you!

Our Executive Creative Director Marie led a panel at the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation's Canopy Forestry Forum this March about how your messaging can really connect with people. Which yes, does have a lot to do with forestry. Foresters have important work to do - and the most important science doesn't change anything if people aren't listening.
We also had a lot of fun designing ForestsWork collateral for Canopy 🌲 Learn more at mass.gov/ForestsWork

That’s a wrap on 2025. With our incredible partners, we closed gaps in health, wealth, climate, culture, and education. Launched brands. Produced award-winning commercials and campaigns. And we drank a lot of seltzer while doing it.
Let’s celebrate with some of our favorite facts and figures from 2025 🌟
Help is available when you need it. We’re live with a brand new website for the Nebraska Gamblers Assistance Program that provides resources for people who feel uneasy about their, or a loved one’s, gambling.
As part of our Gambling Disagrees with You campaign, we’re promoting free and confidential problem gambling support services in Nebraska. And reminding people who feel queasy when gambling: you are not alone. Our team dove into the research and strategy to build a site that’s informative and accessible for anyone looking for these resources.

The Argus team celebrating and learning from the women making our city a better place ✨
Thank you to the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women's Network for hosting an incredible panel last night, featuring three local non-profit leaders who shape important Boston cultural and educational institutions.
At Argus, there's a simple goal at the heart of our work: amplifying the causes and organizations that make the world better. Put simply, our work to close gaps in health, wealth, climate, culture, and education wouldn't happen without the dedication and heart of our clients.
This season, it's as important as ever to show love to a cause you care about. So today, for Giving Tuesday, here's our ask: take 5 minutes, think about your cause, and go give what you can. And if you have a nonprofit you want to highlight, share it in our comments for visibility!
