Chief Reardon
As a keynote speaker, I help organizations lead under pressure.
With over 26 years in fire and emergency response and more than a decade in television and newspapers as a photographer, I bring real-world crisis leadership experience to the stage.

So many organizations are struggling when it comes to public relations. I’ve taught social media strategy at FDIC International, Firehouse Magazine World, Firehouse Expo and to police, sheriff’s offices, dispatch, school departments, and more across the country. More than a decade in the media, combined with fire chief leadership experience = a unique perspective few bring to the table.
The common takeaway: Most organizations have no idea what they don’t know. I teach a framework that can be applied immediately built for real-world leadership and crisis communication.
If you want your team ready before it matters most, reach out. DM me for details.

These four, along with the more than 300 other Massachusetts National Guardsmen who were activated in response to the winter storm, demonstrate the willingness and capability of the Mass Guard to respond to emergencies throughout the Commonwealth.

Today the International Association of Fire Fighters hosted a grant writing class here in Duxbury. Firefighters from three different states packed the room to learn how departments can better position themselves to secure critical funding for equipment, training, and firefighter safety.
When leadership and union members work together with mutual respect and a shared mission, it creates the foundation for progress, better opportunities, and ultimately better service to our communities. It is something I strongly believe in and something we should always continue to build.
A special thank you to Rockland Firefighters Marc Oshry for an outstanding presentation. His knowledge and experience made this an incredibly valuable session for everyone in attendance.
We appreciate the IAFF bringing this important training to our region and helping departments strengthen their ability to secure the resources firefighters need to do their jobs safely and effectively.
