So many aspiring female players can say that Lois (Farrell) Koering has inspired them along there journey in football.

Two Mass Soccer Members; Lisa Zagura and gave emotional speeches to welcome Louis into the 2026 Massachusetts Soccer Hall of Fame.

Through Lois’s many leadership roles, she has not only led by example on the field, but also from the sidelines and as a manager and admin as well. She has dedicated countless hours and energy to ensuring there are opportunities for girls and women to play the game they love.

* 1994: Athletic Trainer for FIFA World Cup medical staff volunteer

* 1999: 2003 FIFA Women’s World Cup Medical Staff

* 1988-2008: Served in multiple roles in EMWSL, including President, VP, Registrar, MASS Liaison

Jeremy Mordkoff has shown a long-standing commitment to the game of soccer. His dedication to improving the game and experience for all involved spreads across all levels including player, manager/coach, league, and administration.

* 1995-present: Multiple roles within the OTHSL including: Webmaster, VP, President, Registrar, Secretary, & Treasure

* 2011-present: MASS Webmaster, developed our current player registration system, Project Victory Team Developer
* 2009-2017: MASS Disciplinary Committee
