What are key skills that one needs to develop from a mid-level executive to a compelling C-suite candidate? How does one become someone who can truly be trusted to lead, rather than piling up experiences that may seem relevant? What is the process, and what are common mis-perceptions involved?

Today we invite Mr Harrison Lung, Partner at Siris Capital, a leading multi-billion TMT-focused private equity fund, to share his insights on developing C-suite preparedness for Asian Americans. Prior to joining Siris, Mr. Lung was a Partner at McKinsey, with experience across North America and Asia. As a private equity partner, Mr. Lung is deeply experienced with identifying C-suite leaders for portfolio companies, developing relationships, and sourcing, and he's also deeply involved in diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives at his firm.
