I thought I had heard everything from a driver until yesterday. Dispatch received a radio call from Tony (driver #22) He was screaming through the radio that while driving through Jackson Sq. Jamaica Plain, a giant eagle flew into the truck. Dispatch responded with WHATT!!!! no one believed him until he pulled into the lot with a very large Hawk sitting in the passenger seat.
Now I have to change the company policy forbidding drivers from having Hawks in the truck.

This is the end result of a customer who was being towed from a private lot & refused to pay . She tried to drive her truck off the back of our wrecker. Instead of going back she went forward, hitting the back of the wrecker causing much more damage then the drop fee of $54.00 would have cost her

Our employee Ryan Tilley is deployed to Iraq, for the second time, he sent us a flag that flew over Iraq, Syria and Kuwait during combat.

You could be fined $250 for not moving over for first responders If you see flashing lights on the side of the road, whether it's a police officer or a tow truck, you have to move over.

Every year the towing industry averages 1 operator being struck and killed each week... See the flashing lights and and it applies to Tow Trucks too....
