ALF Awards Shortlist 2023 ALF Awards Shortlist

Last week I had the opportunity to speak about scalable Machine Learning applications in big techs.

Learning Machine Learning for me was pretty challenging. And going to the United States for the first time, not for a tourism trip - but to speak representing Brazil, was undoubtedly a milestone in my career!

On this trip, I also visited the institutes I had always dreamed of visiting: MIT and Harvard! I took a tour guided by the students. All this through my knowledge of Machine Learning and its implementation in several organizations.

CI&T, the company I dreamed of working for one day when I was younger, allowed me to make this dream come true.

I cannot describe how important it was to speak at this event and how it impacted my career.

I am even more motivated to take the knowledge we have here in Brazil and all our country's science to the rest of the world.

Você viu a trend do aplicativo Lensa, que produz imagens suas por meio de inteligência artificial? Elas funcionam da seguinte forma: tentam reconhecer e reproduzir padrões por meio das fotos que você envia. Também existem muitas inteligências que funcionam por input de texto, que segue a mesma ideia: se você quer um urso jogando bola, ela vai buscar padrões de urso e pessoas jogando bola para criar uma imagem. Legal, né?

A gente quis entrar na trend, mas por aqui utilizamos o Dall-E, e criamos chegamos nessa imagem - baseada em “pessoas trabalhando em um escritório de tecnologia”.
