Kevin and Nataliya have many years of experience in Showcase, acro yoga, circus and teaching wedding couples with no prior experience.

In this intensive they will teach dance lifts from the ground up. From technique and tips to safety to making it look easy!
You’re able to bring a dedicated partner or join the rotation.

No experience necessary, bring your curiosity to try this rewarding style of movement.

We’ll have 90 mins of instruction and 30 mins of guided practice.

This workshop will target 3 concepts:

– How your brainstem connects your thoughts to plan your body’s movement through the filter of autonomic nervous system engagement

– How your movement affects your experience of emotions and ability to learn new things (like dance…)

– Basic exercises to reconnect your brain and body by improving information transfer from body to brain through the brainstem and back again.
